I am kind of working backwards right now so I can get it on the blog for journal reasons. This September we went the long route to Boise and Went through Garden Valley and over to Idaho city. On our way we stopped at these hot springs and it was so much fun. The kids had a really good time. Bridger was floating really well and loved the warm water. He was kicking and splashing. Gideon was hopping from pool to pool and He liked playing in the river as well right next to the hot springs. It was a fun family adventure. Then we camped out in Idaho City up above the gray back gulch's campground. It was funny, I let Joseph experiment building a fire for about an hour. He was using his shoelace and a stick. It was really funny. He always got smoke just not much fire. We finally pulled out the matches and cooked dinner. We slept in the back of our truck draping a tarp over the top. It worked really well and was so much fun. In the morning we went out to eat at a diner in Idaho City and then headed to Boise. It was a nice time to be just together as a family. That was our family time together for the summer.
