Turbo Jam workouts

I have lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks by doing the turbo jam work outs. My overall goal is 35 lbs. It feels good to be loosing the baby fat and to feel really good. If you are interested check out this website!

Horray!!! When you lose 1-2lbs a week you are much more likely to keep it off and to be able to keep losing weight!!! So that's awesome, keep on "jammin"
