So we got a call from the Air Force and we have a go at the quick ship. It get's complicated so listen.....
So Air force calls us and asked if we would be open to any jobs that become available for quick ship and not just our top 5. Joseph said he would talk to his wife and call him back. So we discussed it, cried about it and prayed about it and came to the conclusion that that Lord has had His hand in our lives this far we might as well put it in His hands. He will place us where He wants us. So we called back and said yes, we will do it.
So on Wednesday next week we say our good bye's to Daddy and then he heads off to a motel to get last check ups and physicals done and then stays the night. In the morning (on Thursday) he will hear if he got a job opening and if he does he ships out on Thursday and if not he comes back home with us. It will be a crazy roller coaster ride if he doesn't get the job. I am just hoping for 1 good bye. So we are going to roll with it and put in our minds that Joseph ships out Thursday and we won't see him for 6 or so months.
CRAZY!!! I am not sure where to start. I guess that is what we get for asking for a quick ship...no planning, it just happens. So it will be weird with the whole good bye thing if he doesn't ship out on Thursday but at least we will be as prepared as we can.
So We wrote down the priority things to get done before he leaves like..FIREWOOD! and other things not so physically demanding. So wish us luck and I hope the Lord will watch over the both of us while he is out training.
So a party...No I am not going to have one because for one week that is just too crazy to plan and get ready for and it will distract me from the more important things. So if you would like to see or visit with Joseph before he heads out then you are more than welcome to come over and visit. Sunday is a good visiting day. :) We should be here in Donnelly till Monday afternoon and then In Boise from Monday night and on into the week. We say our goodbys to him at this point on Wednesday...but as much info as I have gotten who knows :)
Well That's the scoop I will keep you all in touch.
