Starting March 1st through the end of August my goal is to loose 30lbs. I am doing some kind of work out every day. My motivation is to be "one Hot Mama" when Joseph gets back. So help cheer me on to my goal and any ideas on meals and dieting and workouts would be great from anyone. I will keep track of my pregress on here and I am determined to loose that weight if it means two a days to get there :) I can't wait ;)

you already are one hot mama!!! that's for sure- but it never hurts to have chiseled abs and killer calves-
You can do it Camille! My favorite thing about exercise is to make it fun. I like having a partner to chat and push each other.
you can do it! half of loosing weight is burning for calories than you eat, and eating good calories. There are several websites where you can track your eating and how long your worked out and what you did. It's a great resource for someone who is visual!
