My day and a great Date night with the Boys

So I've been a little stressed today due to things being changed last minute. I had some fraud on my visa card. I had no idea but the bank picked up on it right away. It was .85 cents charged to my card and they say there are people out there who will play with combinations of numbers and when one works with that first transaction then there second one is A LOT more and could be plane tickets to who knows where. So we stopped service to my card and then I was like "OH NO!" I am leaving out of town where I will need that for everything. I wouldn't be able to get a replacement card till 10 days from now. I started to freak out just a little and went to a US bank branch here and finally found out that we could do a travels visa card. It takes money out of your checking account and puts it on the card so that you have money to spend. They can be re-loaded a few different times as well.

So I finally got that taken care of then I was onto confirming reservations with shuttles, plane, hotels and...yeah that's it. I even was able to get a room on base for my last 2 nights. That will be easier to do things when our last day is on base. I was lucky cause you can only make reservations on them a couple of days before. So I got that settled, I finished packing and then it was onto getting things in order here for the boys....Well I did and I am feeling pretty good about it now. So this evening me and the boys went on a date.

We first started out by going to the library and picking out movies and books for them to have with grandma while I am away. Then we headed to Carl's Jr.over across the street to Edwards.
This is so worth taking your kids to. I have seen it plenty of times and I always thought that might be fun. IT WAS!!! They have 2 really tall narrow winding slides and pathways and other slides and climbing areas and even a toddler area that they can play on. This was just as much fun as going to monkee Bizness and a whole lot cheaper with a meal! I think this would make a perfect party place for 10 and younger. So we had a great time playing there. Bridger and Gideon were able to hang out in a huge section of this play area and just keep going with out much of my assistance. It felt good. Then we came home and made banana split Sundays that were divine. This is the first ice cream I have had for like a month and a half. Now it is time for bedtime for them then it's off to the gym with me.

I love spending time with my boys and I will miss them over the next part of this week. But I will enjoy where I am going and I am so EXCITED to see my husband. I bought a swimming suit that is really cute (this is my first swim suit purchase since before I was married...Yeah a little over due) but it feels good. This is also my first time flying commercial since the summer before I got married. I am looking forward to it and can't wait to tell you all about it.~
