Taking a deep breath before the plunge

I title my post that way because say "see you later" is never fun.
We have had a good weekend together and it is our last together for a while.  Joseph got a blessing at church from a home teacher and a friend to help him with his deployment and that is when it started hitting home that it was coming.  It is already 100 degrees where he is going and will just keep going up over the next 6 months.  I hope he has some really good air conditioning.  So the next three days in between out processing and all the other things he has to do we will try to enjoy the time as a family and prep each other the best we can.
I have a fun weekend planned for us after daddy heads out so hopefully everything will go alright.  Me and the boys and a friend of mine are heading to the Netherlands early Friday morning and going to the Keukenhof gardens and then onto our motel that sits on an island on a lake (it was the cheapest one I could find)  So that will be fun.  Then Saturday morning we will head out to the "face of Spring flower parade they have for the Tulip festival and then onto Haarlem where Corrie Ten Booms house is and get a tour.  After that we are spending the rest of the day at the ocean and then drive home later Saturday evening.  So I will look forward to sharing our pictures from that.  This will be my first World War II Memorial sight I will go to and I am excited to learn more.

This is Bridger lining up all the "baby" dinos and having them follow the "daddy" dino.  That is a lot of babies :)
Bridger loves little creatures to play with.  I will give him a handful of gummy worms and he will play with them all day before he eats them.  Silly boy :)

This is a letter Gideon wrote to us and at first I thought it was Joseph who wrote it for Gideon and then found out Gideon wrote it all by himself with out wither one of us knowing.  Good Job Gideon!!

We went on a hike on Saturday and it was beautiful.  Everything is budding and getting greener.

So I have been wanting a sandbox for the boys to play in somewhere in our yard and I was just in the mood on Saturday so I started searching to see if we had anything to make it with.  Low and behold I got some boards free from a thrift find and had just the right amount to build a box with. ( a small box)  We had the screws and the waterproofing black paint too..... Now we just need sand and viola we will have a sandbox to play in.

Enjoying the nice weather
