June!!

I dried my cilantro from my garden.  I just stuck it in my oven for a few minutes and viola.  I got a hole jar of it from one clipping :)

I put on a Young Women Personal Progress Super Saturday
We did good works:
My friend Kim did the lesson and then we went and pulled weeds and planted flowers in front of the church
Then we had a lesson on Virtue:
My friend Rachel taught that and specialized it on dating.  It was really good and the girls enjoyed it.
Then we did a sewing and wood burning by my friend Sarah and myself.  We did really cute Jean pocket purses and decorated them.  Then the girls had a piece of wood that they got to use a wood burner and decorate it.
Then we had my friend Wendy come in and do dance instruction.  It was a really fun day and the girls that showed up had a great time.

I picked flowers on my way home last sunday.  They were Beautiful.  This is Daisies with some Wheat.....

And here are some poppies which grow everywhere around here too.

I made my husband some really yummy rhubarb pie on Thursday.....It was delicious!

Can you find the boys?

Going up the slide

Date night!!!  We went out to eat at a place called the Wittlich truck stop.  It has pretty good food.  It was nice to just be with Joseph and be together, Just us.

A cool loking spider we found and we think we identified it as a marble orb weaver.  Not sure if that was what it really was but it was so Bright green.  Pretty cool.

My friend Sabrina had her baby.  OUr family went and visited her.  Little Pippa is so cute!

After the hospital visit we went for a hike and picnic for lunch up above Wittlich at one of the prettiest spots here.  The village was called Plein.  It was a lot of fun but Akina got like 4 ticks....Yuk!!

The view was Beautiful!
