On Thursday night, when Arya was only 11 days old we set out on our road trip. We drove 4 hours to get to Nuremberg and Arya slept the entire way and woke up in time to get to Dieter's home. Dieter is a man that my dad taught and baptized on his mission here in Germany. Him and his wife were so generous and accommodating. Leo, there dog is really cool too. I want a dog just like him someday.
On Friday morning we took a walk in the city of Nuremberg and up to see the castle too. In WWII Nuremberg was the Nazi head quarters for Hitler. It was interesting to find out more of the history here.
About to start our trip
