Road trip To Cheyenne

We stopped in Pocatello on our way and stopped at Ross park.  I remember going to this park when I was a little girl and sliding on the slick rocks.  So I decided to share that with my kiddos too.  My G&G haskett Lived in Pocatello for many years and I visited them in the summer time often when i was there.  A memory I have is that my grandpa would take us to a bike rental shop and get us all set up and we would play and ride bikes the whole time we were there and go to the zoo and the pool and play at Ross park.

the Slide Rock

And Loving it!

She wants to climb so bad!!

We then entered the landscape of Wyoming.

The treeless landscape has it's own kind of beauty.  It took us 17 hours to get to Cheyenne after 2 lengthy stops on the way.  We then took our horse to the boarding facility at 11:30pm and dropped her off and didn't get into our hotel till after midnight.  It was a LONG day but we made it :)
