Sorry Picture Overload but what can I say I love taking pics of these kids!!!
At 6 1/2 months pregnant I helped Joseph with some goat wrestling. We trimmed all 25 goats hooves...well he trimmed and I held most. I was covered in dirt and goat hair. Good times!

I have the best little goat herders
Me on my birthday back in March
31 baby!!
In homeschool we had a kids day because there is granparents day and mothers day and fathers day and so we made Leap year day officially kids day!
We played in jello
Made some beautiful splatter paintings
Made and played in some really fun silly puddy
and a few other fun things too. The kids enjoyed their day.
Here is some elk on the ranch. We love to watch them come down in the evenings. We have had a heard as big as 80 head grazing on our place.
All Smiles!!!
Put a roof on the play fort and it has a double use. The goats love the fort and climb on it go up and down the slide and it doubles as a shelter for them.
Silly Boys!
Our goat herders...
Can I just say I am so happy we started goats. I love them. They are pretty low maintenance, they are nice and funny and my kids from the 2 year old to the 10 year old can work with them. We are excited to continue building up our goat herd.
My Beautiful Arya girl!
This is Vanilla... She is a fun wants to be petted all the time goat. She got into our pig scraps and ate the leftover nachos....

Birthday boy #10
I cannot believe 10 years has gone by with this boy. I have loved every minute of his amazing personality, kind heart and loving nature. Love you Gideon!
Birthday mornings involve crepes around here with yogurt and frozen berried and redid whip
Excited to get the new book of 5 kingdoms by Brandon Mull
Another Birthday boy Orrins #2
He got lil' piggies for his birthday
This was a pig that was weak and we brought in and tried to save but unfortunately it was not meant to be. The kids are learning a lot about birth life and death this year in as positive way as possible. We do our best and that is all we can do. It has been neat to see the tender side of things no matter how sad at times they may be.
Arya saying good bye to the piggy befo9re church. We told her that She would probably be in heaven when we got back and sure enough she was.. Tender moments.
After church we celebrated this big boy with cupcakes!!!
He loved them!
and spending time with his cousins
Here are the little piggies getting a nice and warm reprieve Sunday night in the house by the fire. The next day we put them all with one mother and made the pig shed nice and warm. Joseph did a great job on it and has been diligent on checking on them 2 times a night making sure the heater is on.
I got 3 of them to drink out of a bowl....They are just barely 24 hours old.
They are so cute!!! We have 9 lil' piggies. 4 pink, 2 black and 3 red/speckled.
In the pig pen
Reuniting with mom. One speckled one and the 2 blacks were brought over to this mom because we feel she is a much better mom... which she is.
Beautiful sight!!!
Joseph and his dad went down to Vale Oregon and picked up this baby....
A Big dump truck to pick up hay with and to haul rock with for the driveway and any other farm use they make out of it :)
It has been a beautiful spring here! The snow finally melted by the end of March and it just has been greening up with a good combination of sunshine and rain. We love to see the grass grow around here. We love our family and are so grateful for the opportunities that present themselves to us. We feel very blessed by our loving Heavenly Father.
