Fall Prep and Primary Temple Trip

Fall time Sunrises

Getting ready for winter.  Dan , Joseph's Dad gave us all this wood and let us use his log splitter for winter prep.  He is an amazing guy and hard worker.  Thank you so much for thinking of us and giving us the wood!

Splitting the wood you find all sorts of creepy crawlies

This pile of wood I split in 2 hours while my children napped.  It felt great to accomplish that.

This is what i came in to find after splitting wood

Precious children and moments

My Little Ranger

So our Primary President put together a Primary Temple Field Trip.  It started with a Slide show presentation from the Meridain Idaho Missionaries at our Church building.  They are construction missionaries and wear hard hats and reflective orange vests.  He built Nuclear building out at INEL near Arco and was called to oversee the building of the temple.  The outside of the temple is cast concrete.  So It is concrete made with White sand.  Each panel weighes around 30000#  and teh flowers that are on the temple (Camas Prairie flower) weigh 400#  It was fun to learn all about the cool things done to build the temple.  We look forward to the open house in about a year.

Temple Rocks!!  From the foundation of the temple

Beautiful Temple!

At the Boise Temple  My Friend JKessie Haws helped me by holding Ranger or Orrin that day while I took pictures or took care of other kids

Reflection pool.  I think all the kids were very entertained for a while at this spot on the temple grounds

A typical morning for Arya and Orrin.... Story time in a box or on the bed or in a fort.
  Love these kiddos!

Found this shiny gal on my doorway to our house.  Went right a long with Halloween decor... Just not decor.  I put her in a bottle we examined her for a while then I took her a ways away in the forest and let her go.....  Is that weird...  oh well :)

Hope you all have a wonderful Harvest Season and hopefully free of these guys
